Despite all my fretting, my magnolia flowers seem to have survived the frosts - I love it when they are against blue sky too ...

My late tulips are hot on the heels of the early ones this year.  These ones are a lovely deep red, very dramatic.

My wine red tulips are opening now and my double yellow, orange, red ones are still stunning,  The forget -me-nots are making a fine show before the blurebells swamp them .

Lovely tulips Marion-esp the deep red ones.

Passed a house today that had a big border of tulips all out and it was very pretty. They were quite sheltered so that must be why, as everything here is so late. Snowdrops are only just dying back.image

It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

The bluebells are just opening here and the apple blossom which is very late for both, but the good news is there are lots of bees and butterflies out today so great hopes for good pollination this year.
