Bunny, we may meet in a carrot patch sometime and you can fill me in lol
Steve, they have loads of awards and fantastic amount of plants. The guys really nice and his dogs are very friendly too...which always help as they are quite large lol
I spent £50 today in the gc - most of that was on plastic trellis for the honeysuckle, & some seeds which I've not tried before. OH bought half price set of 3 different sized obelisks for my birthday in a couple of weeks.
I won't be getting choccies as we try not to eat too much of tht kind of thing - we've just started on our 2nd Easter egg (yes, last year's!) However there's a very good florist nearby........
We did have cake in the gc though - had to have something to help the tea down with...........
The rest of mine was on hardy plants that will stay in their pots for a bit longer though the ground down here isn't that bad. They were outside at the GC so they will be fine on the patio!
Two cotoneasters to train up the fence behind my new raised veg beds just to cover the fence, a lavender as the contoneasters were on a buy two and get something free. I am removing a mophead hydrangea and replacing it with a sarcococca confusa as I am pig sick of seeing just sticks outside the back door for several months of the year!
