I have watered a lot this week. When we got back from holiday everything was very droopy and the housesitter hadn't bothered although asked and it's been hot and sunny. Now the phlox, rudbeckias, clerodendron and zinnias are recovered and flowering.

The weather on Sunday was wet and windy, but that didn't stop 65 people turning up to visit the garden, numbers were down from last year when we had 200, but that was because of the wet and I can't blame them.

Forgot to take photos, to busy serving tea and cake indoors.image
