It's a bit like that here. It either comes instantly or months later. I think there's a black hole in between. I'll get them planted up tomorrow.
If they look a bit gloomy, lots of water normally helps. All the ones I've dug up have looked sad for a while but recovered.
They look fine. They have great strong looking roots.
