I bought some Dahlias 'party' for my garden last week. I am intending to plant them tomorrow as I haven't had time to plant them this week.
I notice that some of them have dried out and so I have immersed them in buckets of water to soak the rootball.
Will this be enough to save them ?

Are they tubers or just plants in pots that have dried out a bit.?
These look like quite established pots in plants that I bought in Homebase last weekend.
