That's the problem though Geoff. I'm NOT a TV addict! image So haven't a clue whats on where, even on the normal freeview channels, let alone the extra 5000 channels I've just acquired!  I'm just used to dowloading the shows I want and watch them via other means. I may just stick to that if it all gets confusing!image

Right. I'll buy a paper copy. I prefer the book to online.

Found that CBS reality, so have popped that in my favourites. Good Lord. All this in the name of entertainment. image

And now it says I have no satellite signal. image What have I done. image

Life was so much easier in the last century-no 24 hours tv, 3 channels, power-cuts -people used to talk to each otherimage

    Becks-you have bust it

Unplug it and start again-unless it is raining hard?

'Little house' has freesat, I think. Not that OH can get much he wants to watch.... image

Anyway he's back at work- thought they finished lunchtime Fri? Apparently the shoes I sent with him also squeaked!! No I really didnt put in the definitely 'sqeaky' pair, but he wasnt convinced. Sounds as if trip was worthwhile, but 2 x 5hr train journeys wouldnt be my choice.

Have put into his mind to check if anything 'storecupboard' he wants & tell me tonight. The usual trick is to grumble that I didnt buy it en-route, when I stop at a big Tesco for the paper. So we then have to troll round town for it, or worse brave his local supermarket on a Saturday. That is one place you dont try visiting at 10am on a Sunday either, using a car! Unlike round here, where folks dont seem to get up that early, there it's bedlam! We tried it once to get things for a car picnic planned to have when out walking, but never again!

It is within easy walking distance if desperate. I often pop in en-route for home as better than our local one! Especially now as ours has horrendous parking probs with them extending the store. Their petrol station better access too.

Must crack on, coffee break over. J.
