Kate- OH carrying things? Nooo, he's going to be the designated photographer, only he doesnt know that yet! The plant creche takes other stuff too- I already have an increasing list of wants, plant wise & know where they are going!

Things like the yummy fudge never make it back to the car! The Country Life tent has lots of 'goodies', but also, at the risk of offending someone, the Cheshire 'set' type stalls that are way too expensive for us!

Macaroni cheese over cauli tonight & opps forgot to buy soft fruit for pud, so not quite sure what that will be. J.

Paul Clifton is the plummy, tubby self-important- what they like to call on regional tv- transport correspondent-so if there is new road or liner he magically appears with his ultra-posh voice

Geoff, you have fish from your garden? I am impressed!

Kate, Alfie likes everything but is not allowed chocolate as its bad for him. He had a slice of pizza yesterday. Mind you I think he'd eat anything.

Jo I think we need to send you orders for fudge. We aren't the Cheshire set!

Lottie, I too was impressed by the idea that Geoff has a carp lake or trout stream ;- )

Geoff, we all end up gaspng and twitching - that's the cliffhanger that leaves the listeners tuning in on the morrow. We have a Horns but not a Bull btw.

    Fudge, mmmmm.

I should clarify the mint is from the garden- the fish is from Lidl

Why does home-made fudge never work?

  • weejennyweejenny Posts: 386

Well it was the bathroom today were covering blue paint so will need at least 2 coats this is torture..image I managed to get out of it by saying at 2pm I needed to start cooking the tea and then I said that maybe I should cut the grass in case it rained.image It didnt work saying I had sore feet from the ladder he just suggested I did the low bits..image

weejenny, it always looks great when you see bold colours in a house but I do feel for the next person who has to paint them.

Geoff I had a master class in fudge making as a child, part of the problem is you need a very heavy bottomed pan. I am concerened about the long dive, will you be doing it from a high cliff or aeroplane? Where are the sequins?
