I do think some people like cutting and pruning, one part of their life they can control. Just wish they would do it quietly. My neighbour is watering his garden, his OH has the girls around

It's a weird year all round: I have just picked rhubarb, raspberries and redcurrants from my garden: there used to be a 2 month gap between them. I am sorry that I can't offer my bumper crop all round. There's only just enough for us ...
Have been taking some pics-the first dahlia has bloomed ,the bargain petunias and the nasturiums are looking good, the gazania loves the sun and the year old sweet williams are still going

@lilylouise, OH is not allowed secateurs, otherwise there would be no flowers
