Whoopee plaster (actually a decorator by trade he says) finished. & even offered to mop my kitchen floor!! I declined coz that would have meant moving the bath, hoover & the rest to get at mop! Quick wipe over with damp cloth fine at the mo. Will never willingly have a plainish floor covering in a kitchen again!! The old one was sort of mottled & you could drop something & spend yonks searching for it, or never finding until I swept up! Yelled at OH who promptly walked all over the damp flooor!
Watched another house move prog here- there's a teddybear factory/manufacturer in Shropshire not too far from where twins were born. One of the bear faces was a dead ringer for OH's much loved, very battered bear. No label left on it now, but could well be from there.
All this is getting us into the 'where are we going to retire to?' mode.....J.
