Good Afternoon Everyone It will be so nice to have a bit of time to just sit and read everything on here I have been really busy in the garden - still taking cuttings,chopping things down and getting plants ready for the winter . I have taken some cuttings from the Cobaea after reading FC 's post
I don't have any cake just some cheese scones ! I will swap a cheese scone for a piece of cake - anyone ?
What a job that was ! Hubby did lions share of removing moss and weeds but I'm pooped !! Tea and couch beckons ( cake already been consumed ) . It looks so much better and while I was out there , weeded the gravel border as well.
Becks and Jo, I would sooner do all your ironing than do that again. Next time I may feign a bad back.

Just finished major make over of shady shrub border, which included sieving a builder's bag of leaf mould (2010 vintage) leaving said bag empty for this year's leaves. The dumpy bag of last year's leaves are breaking down well, but they can wait till next spring. Lifted and divided pulmonarias, threaded them through the leaf mould mattress. Planted out rooted suckers of sarcococcus. Plonked in various narcissi bulbs which had been in pots.
