Kate, I hope you are not too badly injured. I must say I thought you were a bit naive jumping off the roof. I was waiting to see if any insurance was in place before I attempted it. I'm sure that when I've seen people training for a jump they just jump from a foot or so then roll over.
There must be easier ways of raising money. What about a sponsered climb of Everest or joining Ranulph Fiennes trecking across Antartica?

I am just about to tackle a mountain of ironing. How can 2 people make so much washing!!
I have half a tube of ibuleve gel in the medicine cabinet and half a bar of chocolate that has been in the bottom of the fridge for a few weeks.

I like the idea of an ironing man, may I book him next please? My ironing pile is taking up twice its allotted space.
At this time of year heating goes on for about 45 mins whenever I have a shower so the bathroom and the towels are warm. Otherwise just extra clothes.
