What a lovely brightly coloured garden you have, Geoff. Mine is looking far too pink at the moment, when really I like purples and dark reds. I might just have to visit the garden centre again.

Settling down for the athletics now. I used to be a runner, don't think I could even break into a trot now. Good job I never have to run for a bus!

    Well thanks for that-one triesimage

I don't do subtle-love reds, yellows, and white.

Evening all. Another busy day, but still seem to be getting no-where, but no Geoff, I haven't fallen down the loo! image

Dan, I DID find my tenancy agreement and livestock are not mentioned in it one bit! The pet section seemed to cater for dogs mainly. You'll have to enlarge this pic and zoom to read it.

Dinner was mince and onion pie, peas and chips, with bread and butter. Dessert is a large bar of Dairy Milk! image

    Becks

If you look at this another way no-one would object if you had an aviary in the garden or a rabbit hutch -if you are not causing a nuisance to neighbours then I don't see a problem.

I have also been watering cannot believe one day of sunshine has made plants flop.

Geoff what is wrong with purple? The flower buds on my red lobelia look very dry??

Becks, Geoff's right about garden pets, budgies are tremendously noisy and with hens you can always get round neighbours with the occasional present of eggs!

Dean, thanks for your watching efforts, I could not have got that gold on my own ;- )

My red lobelia is much, much taller than usual-can't see why your flowerbuds should look dry-have you been telling it off?

Sorry purple- love you as well- as I do all colours

The 200m may be my chosen sport-but only if I can walk it

I think sitting on a dancing horse must be favourite. Horse does the work and quite slowly so less chance of falling off. You can even wear a short top hat if it takes your fancy.

A quick 'nip in' tonight as too much sport to watch! Getting in ironing practice too!image

Had a productive garden day. Taken cuttings, deadheaded & generally pottered about. Discovered new cold frame lid is sooo heavy for my liitle arms, but have sussed how to cope. Seed sowing I think tomorrow.

May have a touch of too much sun- oops, despite loads of cream. Definitely am caviar for insects again image as have at least 2 insect bites! I really should know better than to dive into a shrubbery when wearing shorts!

Have organised appointments to sort out earwax & feet, I hope, before end of month. Only accountant & car MOT now to get done!

Right, off to watch 'lympics. Jo.

Jo sounds like you have had a busy dayimage

Geoff all my plants have had carrot and stick treatment.

Flo the problem is if I sat on the horse would it dance or sit down too.
