I did think that that highly patriotic music was a bit risky. Was wondering what some of the international judges would have made of it - maybe they didn't know what most of those tunes mean.
Kate! Nigel is more than welcome to move into my pond! Which I Really, Really am gunna have to get a grip of!
Watching over my terminally ill parents, n wanting to get the allotment up n running as taken it's toll over my own back yard! But I'll get there one day!
Geoff! Remember you getting involved in a forum regarding Hydrangea's! Picked up a couple of freebies today from work! Yeah! a little sad! n a bit abused! Do you think they are worth a little TLC?
Yeah! I garden! But more of a Veg man! Trying to broaden my horizon's!!
Kate, frogs only really need ponds for being tadpoles in and later mating in. They will live most of the time in damp shady areas - eating slugs and othersuch, we hope. Newts have the same requirements so if you find a small brown or black lizardy thing under a stone 99% sure it's a newt. Both can also hibernate in ponds but I'm sure Nigel will know where to go when the time comes. That's the end of the lesson. Now for homework .... ;- )
Oooh, Geoff, I hope your poor hen feels better now.
