Thanks Pam and Flo. I could do a knitted version as well, but would think they will need a dip with them, as they might be chewy.

Can also do a liquid version with a straw for anyone with dodgy gnashers. I'll relabel them as a protein shake. No-one will ever know. image

Ha ha great idea Flo ! Becks,  - , I like the look of those sarnies , we will need sustenance. The wind is really getting up here - just rescued my standard ceanothus. Pots are blowing over and everything getting a bashing . image As if they haven't suffered enough. Have to go out and move a few things to a more sheltered position.

    Jean love the shorts

Its spelt Tomintoul a lovely village about an hour and a half from where I am, a notoriously bad place to be in the winter for being cut off.

Sorry about the flat pack Flo, I still havent worked out the flat back four business do you know yet Geoff?

I could double up as a cheer leader if needed or do you think my services as physio will  be too much in demandimage

I have been watching the rowing very exciting and easy to followimage

I can explain a flat back four but will need a slice of cake and a G and T first.

Very fetching shorts, David. If you'd like sequins in there, you only have to ask.

Who said cake, by the way? There has to be half time cake - and pre-match cake - and full-time cake.
