Oh dear, does anybody need a brick? Seem to have forgotten my sourdough loaf in the oven.......sigh. And I had been proving it since yesterday lunchtime - bugger.
Very busy day today. 20 guests for Easter lunch in aid of Cancer Support. 22 to cook for (me & OH too). Went very well then I made rissoles with the left over lamb, so busy for ages then watched TV. Tired.
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

Good plan, Bunny. I could use it to build a rockery!
Really enjoyed Foyle's War.

Sounds exhausting, Liz. Well done you!
Any rissoles left.......?
I have hacked the end of the brick off and it is good bread inside. Ready toasted......
I like Foyle too, just finished watching.
I used to like Foyle when I had a telly, partly because I lived in Hastings for about 8 years and partly because I quite fancy Michael Kitchen.
