Thanks for that pattern. I don't think I will stuff it with a cream egg, I may stuff it with a pack of white choccy buttons though - can you still get them? - leaving myself wide open here aren't I Or I may just stuff it ( once I've started this I may as well carry on!)
BJay - as you say you can just "stuff it" with wadding (or cotton wool) and sew it up to make it safe for a little 'un. That's what I did with the one I gave to very little great-niece.
Love the little knitted chic. When my children were young I always bought them something for Easter other than an egg. They got so many from friends and family that they lasted for months.
Joined my local gardening club the other night and went home with a small egg won in the raffle. My son(only one left at home and 17 now) straight away asked if it was for him.
Geoff- I will keep my 4 cats. Have to find a home for the mummy as we got her as an adult and she doesn't get on with the others. Also will not keep the 4 kittens she has just had, they are so sweet and I am looking forward to watching them grow up.
