Becks - you're all welcome but give me a month's warning
Complicated story there Geoff - lady with young child bought it so her disabled mum who lives in smaller bungalow down the road could move in there with her. Disabled mum was financing the new house. Day after contracts were signed the disabled mum died suddenly. New owner is naturally devastated - she's an only child - and now owns 2 properties in the same street and can't face moving in to either of them. As it stands now she is staying put and the 2 properties here both have "To Let" signs outside. Phew - hope that makes sense!!!
I will say when I took that photo I fell over in Gh and as so little floor room babies etc nearly were no more. Thought of piccing my begonias for you to see??
Geoff - she's living in a rented flat at the moment. I had a nosey on t'internet (I know you won't believe I do things like that) and she is asking £600 a month for each property. Bit strange really as one is a 2 bedroom bungalow and one is a 3 bedroom house. Still, it will more than pay for her flat rent until she decides what to do.

Bjay, which thread has your babies on? This computer in the office is so slow, it takes me ages to hunt around.
