Don't know if anyone noticed I said this morning it was as lovely sunny day and I wondered if Spring had sprung? Well, it hasn't. Since then it poured and there was a hailstorm this afternoon. Bother.
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
@ Deano - Have got some hoopy stuff which I got from Lidl's yonks ago. Am thinking I could join them and secure them in the soil on the outside of the beds, then put over more of that poly stuff. But it'll still look hillbilly compared to your plot.
Hi everyone, stole some of these from under someones hedge on the way home from the doctors today (had to pick up some meds). They are snowdrops as I remember them from my childhood, many moons ago! Can't seem to buy them anywhere now, although there are some with same flowers but about a foot tall which fall over easily.
B'j! go back n look at the picture! This was so last year as we had only just started!
But if you drill wood to the sides even wide enough to drill holes an insert even offcuts of bamboo stakes so you can slide 22mm water piping over, all cut at the same lengths thay make a perfect hoop!
