They live in Edinburgh and its been a total washout down there. Freezing cold, wet and windy up here today and for the forseable future, and before you ask geoff, yes I have put a jumper on !! . No jumpers required for the algarve though .
I will have the binoculars at the ready! . Your thong will come in handy when you head off on your hols as its smaller to pack, easier to wash and quicker to dry! All things come in small packages
Jenny - I do make my own. It's just one egg used to weigh the same amount of fat, flour, sugar, all mixed together (+BP as I only have plain flour), jam or syrup in bottom of basin, bung mix on top. A few minutes nuking and Bob's yer uncle. Does two people nicely.
Here we are in our Jubilee outfits on Christchurch Quay. Today was Mudeford Arts festival. Why? Because big girls love dressing up in sparkly stuff too
Im a bit upset now our younger son has been in an accident in Skye which is miles away. Hes just phoned to say police have just arrived. Thankfully they are ok. But we'll have to arrange to get him home. We will have to wait and see if his car is fit to drive home!

I have slept all afternoon -catching up with the lost nights sleep from wednesday-so we ended up with a ham,tomato and lettuce sandwich
We are now a police free zone - never seen so many police vehicles in my life - just thankful it didn't all kick off last saturday
