Kate that is a quick crop-don't have nightmares-I have loads more fashion fauxpas to share

Becks what are the 3 year old child menu options-does it feature fish fingers?

Jean-what is special about special sausage?

I feel a theme here I have prepared spicy lamb burgers but would love some piri-piri ribs or special sausages.image

Yesterday someone in my freecycle group invited everyone to a BBQ at their churchimage

It's a bit like old english sausage but very spicy , yum , nice little butchers shop near where we live.

Look at the size of this,

One of the biggest hibiscus flowers I've ever had.

Yes Geoff, fishfingers do come into play sometimes, but she is more meat than fish. I should start rearing pigs, as she is all bacon/gammon/pork! And chicken.

Haven't even planned tonight's meal yet. Picking my 15 year old up at 4pm, so that will throw a spanner in the kitchen works. image

Kate's spicy lamb burgers sound yummy! image

The kitchen is doing l**** and bacon againimage

Are you going to church Kate or is your soul to late to save?

I just thought a general invite on free cycle was a tad interestingimage It was no alcohol allowed so I was not tempted, I like my church going to be accompanied by a party.

Jean I was given a hibiscus 2 years ago and it is still the same size, what is your secret for such success?

Becks now feeding a 15 year old is a minefield.

Kate - you won't believe me but I think it's incense sticks . We let them burn in the pot (avoiding the plant! ) Maybe they remind it of home ! Got a nice bottle of something cold in fridge so won't be attending church . I agree with the feeding of children - with my lot anything green is deemed  as poison.

There are two sorts of hibiscus-the one that grows in a pot-not hardy and the mallow/lavatera that is-bit like geranium/pelargonium confusion

Ohhhh, I was a little confused. So is my hibiscus a lavatera?
