Thats it eves pudd ! , just googled apple cake images wow there are loads, looks nice. Choc chip buns too. Ohhhh what to bake tomorrow. Maybe choc drop tray bake , victor sponge, bakewell cake, ohhh ohhhh i may have to consult mary berry later .

Ive never made them before becks so my choc would prob end up the same, OH still eats them

Becks if you put chopped up apple in tin sprinkle with a little sugar and put sponge mix on top, cook you have upside down pudding and cake

Of course, Eating apples are probably best. try it and see. Sometimes I have sprinkled cinnamon on the apples as well. Easily eaten
