I am plucking up courage to call again, it is not the receptionists fault but I do want to complain.image

I have never counted peas? Can  you not practise in the garden?

A doctor practising in the garden?-that would cut down on building costs-sounds like a winner to me

The postman has been kind-a letter from Inland Revenue about a tax rebate-that will  buy a few peas-and my fuel pipe -mower up and running againimage

I am seething after 12 minutes on the phone they have no appointments, I am once again in the twilight zone.

Geoff invest your rebate in lucky tickets.

It is not my rebate so the matter is out of my control-I was in mid-mow and it is drizzling -that is a painimage

How can a doctor's have no appointments -that is not on-have you been told to phone back or just sit in the waiting room?

  • kate1123kate1123 Posts: 2,815

I was mid planting this morning when the rain started.

The issue is that I rarely go, so each time they have changed the appointments system, apparently I have to phone back in the morning if I want an appointment in July. Will they have any appointments left when I phone tomorrow,

In the olden days before the appointments system-you just sat in a waiting room and shuffled round-like waiting for a hair cut-the appointments system is ok but who is ever ill in a queue-don't they do emergency appointments?-change your doctor perhaps?

I have finished the mow-it will want doing again in a few days-don't remember it ever being both so thick and lush

It is like a game, I will phone tomorrow, They will say no, I will complain to the NHS again. I think changing my doc may be the best idea.

OH mowed this morning, our grass looks a little yellow, pink and whiteimage

    Those are flower petals, petal

    Mowing in flip-flops-a good idea?

On the local news yesterday-I know I shouldn't -they kept mentioning a hotel, that will give you a refund on any booking made in August of £10 per day for each day  it rains-nice free advert via the BBC?-they are probably fully-booked nowimage
