But if you doulbe-click on the Huffington post URL (even though it doesn't appear to be a link), it opens up a new window, with the video. But the new window is a strange one, and doesn't seem to have a scroll bar.

The weight issue is comfort eating coz it's cold! That's my excuse & am sticking to it. She says having just had jam butties. Once finished this course of treatment hope to get moving again, thus fitter & lose some of the excess. Slowly will do it, but shall get there.
Boiler man coming on Monday. OH can sort for once. Somebody trying to tell me that the radiators should all be full on. Come on, what's the point of thermostasic valves then? I told him that! I think he got the message.
Darent tally up my gardening spends.... 6 dahlias at £1.50 each. relatively small tubers, but all firm. The collection of Bishops. Daughter can then have a couple if she wants. If not shall need a couple of new- oops- glazed pots.
Also got the hooped plant supports I wanted, cheaper than catalogue, the small cell trays, vermiculite & the niger seed. Thank goodness for a gift voucher so the extra not too expensive.
Now to move the birdfeeders around & then start the cleaning that I must do. Byee for now J.
Jess's Apple seeds are up! I gave these up for dead and shoved them on a shelf June last year. Never checked them since! Just gone to move them and 3 are through, and a 4th about to emerge!
