@Wintersong - Your garden looks lovely. That size bed to fill up should be fun image Wish I had that much space - my ideas for planting always seem to outmatch the space to do it image

Dry morning here, so I mananged to get the last of my veggie beds dug over. It was (again) very overgrown and very clay-ie so lots of compost and sand dug in. Courgettes will be going in there in a couple of weeks.

@Gardeningfantic - I'll send you a message with my address now. Thanks again image

I hope you are safely on your way now Koala Girl. Enjoy your holiday.

Lovely day here in Cornwall. Best time of the year. Everything is so fresh and green.

I found 5 self sown seedlings of Clematis Montana in the gravel near the parent plant. I'm sure if I collected seed and tried to grow it I would have no success. I potted them up and they have put on about 4 inches in a week. They were under the pink one 'Elizabeth' but there is a white one near so it will be interesting to see what colour they are. Love plants for free.

    Lovely garden Wintersong.

We are promised a dry warm day with some sunny bits-off to cut neighbours grass shortly.

The weather forecast says dry but there is a big black cloud looming.

@pottiepam I am impressed I thought clematis from seed was very difficult.

I have cut the grass along with another job-got home, sowed lettuce, runner beans in pots, collected 20 snails and dumped them in the bin at the end of the road.

    Happy daysimage

Will plant out the rest of the dahlias this afternoonimage

Odd weather, black clouds but really warm. I have planted out 10 dahlias and potted on some more plants.

Good news I have found a Jacobs ladder in my garden, no where near the original, but I am not complaining.

Lashed back a huge stem of Mme Alfred Carriiere which blew down in the last lot of windy weather. Some buds opening, so I'll leave it to flower before performing more major surgery. Digging out trenches for runner and French climbing beans. Sunny today, but more Armageddon weather forecast for tomorrow, so I'll save the pricking out and potting on for then.
