I've heard about it so much, but never got round to watching it before. Should be more mainstream, that's for sure. I do like Monty Don, but he has it all at his fingertips. The Beechgrove bunch struck me as being in the real world. Will be interested in their potting compost trials. Gardening here today a bit of a no-go, have got toms, peppers, courgettes and cucumbers with nice warm bottoms in the gh - on the heated propagators without lids. Pressure washed the patio this afternoon.
We have sun! Woot! Hubby got the grass cut (avoiding the bluebells), and I tidied up the "flower bed".
My tomatoes are about an inch high... not too impressive, as are my cucumbers. My strawberries are flowering, and my potatoes are looking bushy and lush. Haven't got a clue if that means anything good is happening underground though! lol
I think my first crop is going to be radishes and babyleaf salad in a few days. Yum!
My tomatoes are about 10" high and looking good but they are still in the potting shed. I would have liked to have done some gardening today but that wind was just too chilly.

That warm spell when they were in the greenhouse brought them on.
Geoff you can have a star. Chelski have scored.
Well-and your review is?
You wonder why is it is a Scottish secret that has been kept for over 30 years.
I only stumbled across it last year.
