Beautiful day here in Somerset,a bit windy this morning but really warm this afternoon, have been sitting outside for most of the afternoon (with glass of liqiud refreshment),after a heavy mornings gardening.
Stockton dull but dry and warm, greenhouse open, plants watered and looking good, plenty of blossom on the tomato's now so all well. Gammon joint in the oven, rest ready to go apart from Yorkshires and sitting with a cuppa. Have a nice doy "yo all" Frank.
Started off dull & dampish in WManchester today. Ended up quite warm with some sun.
I have moved a lot of plants from the coldframes to by house walls to finish hardening off. Things from the greenhouse are now in the coldframes, slightly open. Tomato plants are now in closed up greenhouse along with the morning glory seedlings. The tomatoes were just getting too big in the porch. I'll get them finally potted up next week.
Fleece sheets are to hand, but so far so good.... J.

Cold and grey and miserable or is that just me. Well im not grey......yet
Overcast but warm in Somerset, nice enough to sit outside again.
It stayed dry here and was a lot warmer than yesterday.
Always nice to see the first flowers on toms, sadly they are on the plant's I bought, my home sown ones have a long way to go yet.
Planted out a sad looking lot of pea seedlings. Very disappointed with pea's this year, most seedlings have died, so another last lot has been sown.
Overcast and very windy again grrrrrrrrrr
Stockton dull and dour though warm, the plants seem to like it and the peas are flowering, beans reaching for the skies, so not all bad then.
