It stayed dry here and was a lot warmer than yesterday.

Always nice to see the first flowers on toms, sadly they are on the plant's I bought, my home sown ones have a long way to go yet.

Planted out a sad looking lot of pea seedlings. Very disappointed with pea's this year, most seedlings have died, so another last lot has been sown.

Stockton dull and dour though warm, the plants seem to like it and the peas are flowering, beans reaching for the skies, so not all bad then.

Started off dull & dampish in WManchester today. Ended up quite warm with some sun.

I have moved a lot of plants from the coldframes to by house walls to finish hardening off. Things from the greenhouse are now in the coldframes, slightly open. Tomato plants are now in closed up greenhouse along with the morning glory seedlings. The tomatoes were just getting too big in the porch. I'll get them finally potted up next week.

Fleece sheets are to hand, but so far so good.... J.
