Oh no, quite late sowing, have about 80% germination at present from the Eagle seeds, they're still in the cold bit of the gh, and don't look toowimpy or leggy. Haven't kept count of leaves, should be pinching them out soon I hope. Have had them out for the few days we've had 2C, do you think I should stick them in the cold frame?
Colder this morning in SE than afternoon when the sun made an appearance. I managed to get out for a couple of hours mulching and tying in but the effort still required several layers and gloves.
Good Morning from Clogherhead, Snowing here this morning in fit's and start's but coming down heavier now, weather man says anything up to 5cm today and as usual it's coming across the Irish sea.
Woke up with outside plans, blow the weather I thought, there are things to do that don't need digging etc, however, guess what, it is snowing, not big flakes, but what we thought was a flurry half an hour ago is still coming down
Fine day in the Chilterns, the sun even had a little warmth in it! No snow where I am, but still some in the higher Chilterns. Will try the allotment tomorrow and turn over some more of the potato patch - but whether I'll ever get to use it is another matter!

Garden remains sans snow but its bitter temps.
Much brighter today but still very cold. Forcast for weekend is warmer but the warmth comes with more rain. Such fun,
