Weatherman says 22 C here.  But it's already showing 25 C on my thermometer (in the shade).  Lovely day.  Hardly a cloud in the sky.

Glorious day - blue skies, birds twittering (bet you didn't know they were computer literate?), bees buzzing - lovey stuff - long may it last.

Weejenny, you should have called it a "should be summer house" this year.
We have had lovely sunshine all morning but as I hung out the last lot of towels the clouds arrived, keeping an eye on them just in case.
Teesside is still very hot even with some cloud although looking over the Valley to "Rains" hills it looks doubtful.
The garden got a good power wash yesterday I do have some decorative stepping stones and some brick work, the grand children love playing on the stones and when clean they do brighten things up, pulled a few weeds that just seem to pop up no matter how well I use the hoe. Still it is a pleasure to be outside without getting wet.

    Frank.

Did not wish to point camera at strange yellow object in sky, but otherwise...

But clouds definitely add a lot of character to the atmosphere. That's a far better photo than my bland and insipid image, just above it.

Been pretty good most of the day here in Manchester too. Lots of sun, plus cloud at times & about 24+C late afternoon. In fact it's still just below 23C out the back at the mo. Darent risk going out to continue doing things though as am caviar to local midges, even with repellant! J.

Lovely day in East Lancs, first day of my holidays, went to NT Dunham Massey, hydrangeas looking lovely in the sun. 26C according to car thermometer.
