I like 'Mucking about the Garden' by Leslie Sarony, a 1925 hit - very funny and always makes me think of my dad gardening when I was young! I hum it all the time - it helps me focus!
A week now of being a lady of leisure......so Pharrel Williams song....HAPPY.....springs to mind
Just back from SM, roof down and Blurs greatest hits on the stereo.
That was the song they played at my sister's wedding to introduce Rob to do his speech, he loves it
Blur....hmmmm I think I only know one song of theirs.

Punkdoc just reminded me of this rock classic, not a well known one but still fantastic
Good to hear the song OL, but i prefer Mott the Hooples version.
They just played the Stones 'Satisfaction' on the radio doc - made me think of you
Mott the Hoople were quite underrated I think.
I didn't even know Mott The Hoople did that song Punk, will have to have a google now
Fairy, as in so many things, I agree with you. They were a great band and very underrated.
Love Satisfaction, takes me back to teenage discos.
Fairy, you just started me thinking about underrated Scottish bands, I suppose there is a sort of link. Anyway Aztec Camera was who sprang to mind.
