    i think i've done well if i do 5 mins of yoga in the morning, baby only 4 months though so gardening takes priority over exercise! do walk everywhere though and with double buggy in hill sheffield that's good for getting fitness back, only use car once a week if poss

    Louise, when I had son number 1, I had no car and speed walked everywhere, I was back in my size 12 jeans within 2 weeks.......it's a shame it doesn't work quite as easy now and 15 years later am slightly larger, life is sooooo unfair image

    it took a year after daughter, got another 6 months of feeling too big for my jeans..!

    Oh yes Lily, I've not heard those for ages either.  They remind me of when I used to babysit and the lady had Billy Ocean and Luther Vandross records and I used to always play them (she let me because. I was her friend as well as babysitter image). Love Lionel Ritchie too although was very disappointed with his concert last year.

    I don't think I've mentioned that I booked tickets for James Blunt yesterday image

    dancing must burn plenty of calories.. dancing in kitchen yesterday to kiss lick it up, when little girl said ' mummy, they should say lick it up please!' does laughing lots burn calories? just heard stevie ray vaughn 'texas flood' fab.. and suitable for gloomy rainy day

    Just back from the gym...... yes really. Was playing the Palma Violets and the Dammed, good beat to exercise to.

    I can remember baby sitting when Eurovision was on, Cliff singing/dancing to Power to all our Friends. I was embarassed and there was only me in the room.  

    Not exactly exercise but I iron to Dr.Hook love songs, bit rude some of them image
