Can I have a rant about my neighbours 'mile a min plant', don't know it's real name but it's so invasive, this year he has stopped pruning the top. I can keep it down on my side of the fence in sections but it's grown up the neighbours house and over my shed where I can't reach to cut and is now growing around the satalite dish, I'm struggling to get a reception for some channelsimage

It's also now growing over his out building and into the back street.

Can I apply a weed killer on the section in my garden.

I don't mind next doors cats in my garden, I even forgive them for using a newly cleared bit of ground as a litter tray, but I do not want dead MICE left on my path! I am trying to persuade myself that they are doing me a good deed but it's not working!
