Like those, Ann....particularly the waterfall (I love snapping waterfalls) it would be great for one of those misty water shots.
Need the camera to be on a tripod (or other solid base) set the camera to 'shutter priority', then choose a shutter speed of say 1/4sec.....your lowest.
Camera needs to be dead still though, or everything will be blurred.

Lovely pics, Lyn.....with me gardening hat on, I would say the fuchsia is 'Swingtime'.
Love the 'sisters' pic especially.
Edit: Sorry, more likely the fuchsia is 'Dark Eyes'.
Just looked on google, could be dark eyes, although two others look simular--army nurse and dollar princess

The fuchsia is Cecile.
the oldies are my mum (on the left) and her sister,(my aunt) Mum is 85, aunt is 91.
Very handsome lady too, Lyn
On reflection this is 'Dark Eyes':
Ooops sorry Lyn
just a couple from our walk today
Wow, they are great pics.
OH (Eileen) took this at RHS Flower Show, Cardiff - 19.Apr. 2013
Camera: Panasonic TZ18 f3.4 @ 1/60th set to 100 iso
Great colours and definition. May have to ask santa for a camera
