I loved Paddington bear. I bought my young sister some books and used to read them to her, when she fell asleep I kept reading. Loved it when Paddington found a sixpence in his Christmas pudding and thinking he'd eaten it Mr. Brown tipped him upside down and gave him a good shake. I won't tell about the lawnmower ending up in the tree.
Had to Google Peter Gilmore, he looked ok in picture with Una years ago, but in Onedin Line I think he looked like Brian Blessed. I'll get my tin hat on.
