Yes.......that's the one Thank you I'll write it down now before I forget again....all so on my must have for 2015 list (note how it's changed from being a wish list )
Dicentra Spectabilis has had its name changed to Lamprocapnos Spectabbilis. I prefer its old name, also Bleeding Heart and Lady in the Bath. If you pick a flower, turn it upside down and pull slightly at the sides it looks like a lady in a bath!
Happy Birthday Clari.
We've done the shopping. Raining 9°.
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
I was going to ask that question Busy as I googled it and when I went on the Crocus website it seems to have 2 different names. I prefer Bleeding Heart for a common name than Lady In The Bath....sounds a bit rude and the flowers are too small to be me in the bath LOL I prefer the old proper name too, at least I can say it!!
Wow what chatter as gone on whilst we've check all part of GH. Only 3 bolts missing and on their way 1st class post.
Clari happy birthday enjoy your steak Glad it's not chicken kiev on menu.
Pdoc happy birthday for tomoz' I can be boss cos I'm 3 months older than you, if my maths correct I'll come and hold a brolly over meconopsis. Mine growing well but alas no flowers and they are 2nd year plants, even given them some FYM as per Fidget, who has some in bud.( she nearly lost them but MrsGarden didn't distract her for long enough )
OL I think lady in a bath is cute name, but I'd need a bigger bath
Overthinking Now that is my speciality I would get a gold medal for that.
Hello again folks I popped into the city and got some thick plastic to line the sides of the new raised beds, then went to the market for meat and veg and then to Wagamama's and treated myself to a nice lunch and I've had my hair cut
You lot can't half natter!
Panda, I suggested sowing a few Trailing Nasturtiums in pots on your stand thingummy, so that they trail down it like a glorious orange and gold waterfall
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
Glad your friend is improving Verdun sadly sound like it will be a long stay. Googled and yes a lovely H. Looked even better when I typed Blackberry & not raspberry
Dove haircut & lunch me thinks you deserved it after last night
Time to make some pasta sauce gotta keep the undergardener /GH builder happy.

I have a lovely white one I put in last week. It's a favourite of mine. must put a few pix on here at some point.
Right lunch has been had, ironing done and bathroom cleaned and I'm going out to get on. Have a good day everyone if I don't pop in for a while
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
You can come over and do my ironing and bathrooms if you like, seen as you have been so helpful so far
