Hope your Dad continues to improve Fidget - sounds like he is keeping folks entertainedimage.

This week has gone quickly - think they should all be 4 days long.  Weekend forecast getting better - just showers now.  Will get a chance to survey what is still standing after the "blustery" stuff of the last few days.  Good job i did my tieing in last weekendimage

    Good morning Chicky image

I didn't tell you all about my near miss last evening did I?  The phone rang and other things happened ........... well, I decided to go out with the camera and get some pics of the Sum & Substance hosta leaves with raindrops on them - and there I was behind the pond snapping away, not just the hostas but the ferns and the pulmonarias  etc, then I turned around ................ have I told you I've got a dodgy knee that sometimes feels as if it's going to bend the wrong way and drops me on the ground? ...................

I was on that narrow strip of grass between the Shady Bank and the pond ................ there was nearly a big splash!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fortunately I managed to grab hold of the sleepers on the edge of the bank as I dropped to my knees and I managed to keep myself and the camera out of the pond!   I came indoors with very muddy jeans - OH laughed when I told him what nearly happened image but he did say he would've come and pulled me out image

I got some good pics tho' image

Knee is ok thanks - when it drops me to the ground it doesn't seem to hurt (I just feel it doing something odd inside the joint) - It's when I stay standing up and it bends the wrong way that it hurts!!!  Apparently if I was an expensive footballer I could have an operation .......... image

I'll  post some pics on Garden Gallery - of the garden, not my knee image
