Someone has suggested I may glandular fever but I'm think I'm too old, anyway I'll know (hopefully) next week, my glands have been swollen in various places for about 2 months, I've had antibiotics that worked slightly, they went down for about 3 days then came back again. Anyway, trying to get on with things and that is what I did today
I have planted my border up with all the plants from the GC bought this week, 14 in total and my 4 roses from Aldi, I have even fed them all with fish bone 'stuff' on the plants and rose feed on the roses (I have never used feed apart from miracle grow before but have learned from being on here!). I was also really pleased because my 15 year old OFFERED to help, without even being asked - result
The only trouble is my dogs thing the soil now tastes very nice and they had better not damage my Hellebores!!!!
Philippa, Panda may say she prefers cheese scones - but I've seen her tuck into a large piece of chocolate cake with complete abandon - she'll eat chocolate, believe me
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
Ha ha Ashleigh, I have enough to cope with having a 15 year old and a 12 year old and believe me today was a rare occurrence and possibly because he is creeping because I was cross with him yesterday
