Today is the day I'm collecting Gertie the Goose along with her accompanying chipolatas, bacon, sprouts, parsnips etc. I will cook the gammon and make more mince pies and sausage rolls, make the breadcrumbs for the bread sauce and stuffing, and make the spicy baked red cabbage.
