Morning Kef and everyone to come.

Very grey and overcast this morning. Have the lights on while in the lounge while having my cuppa. Must have rained quite heavily during the night everything very wet..........did need it though.

Lovely day with friends yesterday at the seaside. Wish I lived as close to the beach as they do.

Not sure what I'm up to today.

    Have a good day everyone.

    Good morning all image

Light drizzle overnight - just what was needed for the lawn treatment so I'm feeling slightly smug - now the sky is brightening and I think today will involve some seed sowing.  image

    Morning all.

Poured in the night, woke me up. Raining now. Garden needs it, but I hope it clears up, lots more weeding to do.

    Morning all.

    Much cooler here today.

Decided to go to Harrogate Flower Show, on waking this morning, so need to get a move on.

    See you later.

Hadn't thought of the salt Kef image  They have a lovely small walled garden, very pretty.

    Have a lovely day Pdoc.

    Good morning allimage

The garden has had a good soak overnight and is looking nice and freshimage.

Enjoy the show Pdoc and Liriimage

Your friend's garden sounds lovely lily.  A walled garden is my idea of heavenimage.  I wouldn't worry about the salt KEF you'd not have to add any to your potatoesimage.

Off for a late walk now the rain has stopped. SYL.

Good morning Verdun image  Until a few years ago I'd never been attracted to kniphofias but then I saw one used in a municipal planting near a roundabout in Norwich - it was the most amazing acidy green/yellow - apparently it's been there so long they don't have a record of which it is - but it's stunning.  Shame I don't have a sunny border - yet!
