Yes Lily they are. Pleasure Clari, mine are all going in the border, the hounds trample on them if in the grass
We haven't got hounds yet although we both want one - unfortunately unless I win the lottery (I don't play) we can't as we both work full time (and I don't think work would appreciate my bringing a "companion" to sit under my desk). So these will be safe for a while - at least until they get established for a few years!
I spread snowdrops in a broad band along the edges of paths. Spaced about 3 inch apart, they soon thicken up to give a continous white stripe. Odd ones pushed between perennials will thicken into a clump in two or three years.

Been shopping Tracey
ordered my snowdrops (100)
Hurrah!!
Looks like we will all be busy soon planting our bulbs Clari!
We will have our own snowdrop walks next year!!
Mine from Fidget need moving, I've been silly and placed them too pristine!
What do you mean by too pristine Mrs. Garden?
I was going to go for the throw a handful of gravel and pot where the biggest chunks land approach to try and create a "natural" effect.
Does anyone have any better suggestions?
I think I'm going with the pristine look as they will probably be planted evenly in clumps along the border
Hi, back home now. Done half a shift at M's. Two borders tidied, daren't count how many more need doing
I've got an Anemone almost open..keep wanting to prise it open
