    A couple from the set of felled conifer photos I took the other day

    The marks on this are from the machinery used to extract the trunks




    And this is a slice through the bark. 



    The similarity between sliced dead tree and meat didn't escape my vegetarian imagination.

    Those are the two that appealed to me @NormandyLiz in your link but I couldn’t figure out how to download them. Easier now!  The second one reminds me of Serrano ham😋.

    In Google Photos, open the photo you want and either hit shift D, or click on the three dots top right. I've slimmed down the album and have processed the shots to my ideas, whereas before they were as shot, but please feel free to plunder still

    Just seen 'the meat ' and can't unsee it. @NormandyLiz! Perhaps it could look like a seashore if more blue or yellow coloured!
