After the March cut back, the ornamental grasses are returning. I like the way that the Geum flowers pop up like periscopes in the sea of green!

My pics of the day, taken in lovely Spring weather.

The West border showing Heuchera 'Black Beauty', Hebe baby Marie, Ophiopogon planiscapus 'Nigrescens', Deutzia 'Nikko', etc.

Another view of the West border, showing Spiraea thunbergii 'Fujino Pink' (just pruned), Phormium 'Pink Stripe' (v), Choisya x dewitteana ‘White Dazzler’ (half hidden), Pittosporum taubira and of course Wisteria sinensis

The North border: Choisya ternata, Heuchera 'Chocolate Ruffles' and Aconitum septentrionale 'Ivorine' (newly planted)

Calycanthus floridus 'Athens' in full bloom, lovely but faint

Thanks for the previous comments, everyone's gardens are looking great. It's amazing how quickly things march forwards at this time of year.
