    I googled the image, @Pansyface, expecting it to have been photoshopped. Reverse image searches gave no indication of this but what I did find interesting was the variety of countries which were allegedly the source of the image. The implication was clearly that  people from country X,Y or Z were dumb.

    However,  children usually defecate in expected places; doctors are cheaper than vets; children don't often get fleas
