    Evening all,

Another Marti-dominated night last night followed by on/off showers today. Garden is pretty drenched and quite a few plants looked like they haven't enjoyed it during inspection. On the flip side, loads of bulbs are popping up. Often where I didn't know I had them!

I chopped up the £10 Christmas tree last night. Most of it is now in the garden waste bin, but a few nice logs and a thick pine-needle mulch for the 3 blueberry planters ;)

Hello to you all. Too dark to see what its like outside but I know my garden will have similar damp qualities to yours Biglad. Shopping for me today. Joy! Shouldn't be too busy but that's me being optimistic.
I hope Hazel had a fun packed day with 23.

Good morning LB and all to follow.
We certainly did have a fun packed time with 23- too much in fact , as we admit we overdid it somewhat. ( even for us). By the time the wee chappie had left we were both absolutely exhausted. No wonder he loves coming here........🤗
We will be seeing him again today as it's our sons birthday so will pop along with his presents later this morning. I'm not dressed yet!
Will read back later on.Have a nice day everyone.

Well done with the Christmas tree @Biglad I never did well with blueberries hope yours are more fruitful.

    Good morning all,
It’s fine but chilly here so far. Too damp to put any cloth things outside.Never mind, they can wait 😁.
Congratulations to your fiancé on getting his new job, @debs64. He must be thrilled. One of life’s mysteries as to why paintwork gets grubby, despite being wiped down regularly.
Hope you all have a good Sunday.

Yes, I saw similar in the SM today. I did have a bit of banter with the young man on the checkout about how quickly the festive seasons swing around.
Red maple, my life mystery is - where does dust come from?

    Morning all.

Dust has a lot of dead skin in it LB  Or there is the other sort if you watch "His Dark Materials"!

It's good to see you back @Chivetalking. I hope your Mum has good help.

Windy and chilly in Norfolk. We will have a quiet day.
