Agree with pieris for the top one, no idea what the middle one is, and the bottom one is spirea. "Snowball tree" is a viburnum (from my internet search) and the foliage looks nothing like it.
The top one is Pieris. Middle one is a Spirea, but there are many varieties, be easier when it's in flower. Could be "Anthony Waterer". The bottom one is Spirea Vanhouttei, Bridal Wreath.
