Euphorbia

I love euphorbias........I've grown several euphorbia pastureii, will they branch out or do I plant several together?  I've also grown euphorbia summer icicle, I'm unsure as to whether they're perennial as opinions differ on different websites, anyone know?  Also, do they branch out or do I plant several together too?  Thanks.......

    Each one should grow into a large, bushy, rounded shrub in time, so plant them singly. If they are a bit small just now, maybe pot them on first, then plant out when a bit bigger? I planted a not dissimilar E. Mellifera two years ago, had a single, spindly stem to start with but it soon grew loads of new shoots from the base and now its HUGE! Most sites say it gets to 1.5m wide x 1.8m tall.
