Lassoos - those bits of rope you throw round the neck of a cow ( or steer I suppose ). Strictly speaking, you would need to be on horseback to do this properly. As @Fairygirl says, you also need to shout Yee Ha ( Scots accent is acceptable ). In other words, I'd not worry that you are missing anything too exciting
