I've reported the other one that has about 17 flags.Â
Can you explain the system of flagging vs reporting to me? I've been a moderator on another forum where things were done slightly differently and I haven't spotted where the rules are written on this one. I've flagged things and also reported one. How does it work?
If someone is particularly offensive, it's always better to report. That does happen quite often when there are WUMs or returning repeat offenders etc. However, because the flagging system seems to be very hit and miss just now, we sometimes report just to see if it catches the attention of the mods. It hasn't, in this instance.Â
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

WUM? I don't see why there are two systems. I assume flagging is just quicker and people are more likely to do it than report it, if they have to actually type a comment, but it seems like overkill.
