Hit Flag, then ‘Report’ rather than ‘spam’ and enter what you think the problem is.

Do you mean hit flag then report on the post that tells you about the spam.
I don't get the flag symbol on the profile. Sorry to sound stupid.

Ah of course, my fault, it needs to be done on a post made by the spammer.
