It's August Bank Holiday, and the sun's shining!  How did that happen?

That's wonderful @Dovefromabove !  Give children confidence, experience, knowledge and imagination and they will surprise you everyday  :)

My RTBC is a potential pond. After many years of frustration and delays and with a bit of a redesign (now have to build it on my own) I am days away from having my pond at last.

Plants are on the way today so hoping all will be done in a day or two, so excited!

Sorry for my poor performance, re getting the sex of your grandchild correct, but maybe in these days of gender fluidity it is not such an issue.  :)

  • My RTBC is that a recent routine bone density scan, scheduled merely because of my age and sex, found I have early osteoporosis.  I'm now on medication which should at the very least halt the bone damage, and very possibly reverse it.  Preventive medicine is ace!   :)
Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.
  • A RTBC indeed @Liriodendron 🥂

Join the club @Liriodendron! I've been on it for over 10 years now but did have a 1-2 yr break in the middle for safety's sake.
