@Mary370 I’ve bought it because I have a rose next to it that opens yellow orange and fades to pink. I have to wait and see if it’s a good combination. It’s certainly bright.
two roses I bought at East Rushton Old Vicarage garden on a visit with Dove a few years ago. The one against the wall is Cecile Brunner but I've lost the label of the one on the pergola. Thr rambling rose that has encased the shed is called mermaid. It's a single petal flower that the bees love. I've hung all my bird feeders from it and it's a host to all the birds in the neighbourhood. It's budding now so will bloom soon.
I have that geranium but I find the pink of mine is very difficult to match with anything. Fortunately,it's usually done it's thing before anything close has begun to flower.
Hi @B3 I was in the garden this morning when I remembered your post re difficult matching Geranium x cantabrigiense 'Cambridge' with other plants, due to its peculiar colour. And I took this photo which illustrates a good match (I think) with the dark-purple foliages of Heuchera 'Chocolate Ruffles' on the left and Plantago major 'Purpurea' on the right. What do you think?
